Something sweet is in store at OHA's Gift Gallery! We are proud to feature Mary Elizabeth's Chocolates, handmade from the original recipes of Syracuse native Mary Elizabeth Evans Sharpe (1884-1985). After the unexpected deaths of her father and grandfather, Mary Elizabeth lifted her family out of poverty by making and selling candy. Her empire grew to include candy shops and tearooms across the northeast as well as in Bermuda. Her legacy continues today in delicious, all natural chocolates made by Lune Chocolat of Manlius, NY.
